The day has come: Sternclassics is live. After months of careful preparation, we are opening our marketplace to everyone who is looking for a special Mercedes-Benz, selling one, or simply loves to admire them. We are delighted to welcome you.

A marketplace devoted to the star

Anyone looking for a special Mercedes-Benz knows the problem: on the big portals, it disappears between mass-market cars and classified ads. That is exactly what we set out to change. Sternclassics is a curated marketplace for Mercedes-Benz with a clear focus on quality – and exclusively for cars that wear the star. Classics such as the Pagoda or the 300 SL, youngtimers such as the W124 coupé, modern AMG models and the classics of tomorrow: here, every one of them gets the stage it deserves.

Sternclassics was conceived as an international platform from day one. The site is available in six languages – German, English, Dutch, French, Spanish and Italian. After all, a passion for the star does not stop at the border, and the right buyer is sometimes just one country away.

Sternclassics comes from Münster, and behind the marketplace are two people, not an anonymous platform. Markus Kalweit founded Sternclassics because a special Mercedes-Benz deserves a marketplace that takes it seriously. He knows the series, the dealers and the questions buyers really ask. Frank Schlattmann looks after the platform itself: the technology, the processes and everything that has to run smoothly between listing and enquiry.
