Instructions on withdrawal
For consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB, in respect of paid listing and subscription plans concluded by distance selling.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared with the full coverage of the services provided for in the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
In the case of a contract for the provision of services, your right of withdrawal expires if we have performed the service in full and only began performing it after you had given your express consent to this and had at the same time confirmed your awareness that you would lose your right of withdrawal once we had performed the contract in full.
Scope of these instructions
(1) These instructions apply exclusively to contracts between you and sternclassics Media UG (haftungsbeschränkt) concerning paid listing and subscription plans on this platform.
(2) They do not apply to contracts for the sale of vehicles. Such contracts are concluded directly between the users; we are not involved in them as a contracting party. Whether and to what extent a right of withdrawal exists on the purchase of a vehicle depends on the relationship between buyer and seller.
(3) Traders within the meaning of § 14 BGB have no right of withdrawal.
